We’re currently looking for contractual formatters for our Copyediting team on a work-from-home basis. This would be a contractual agreement, and renewable upon mutual consent. Work will be available regularly so that you can maintain a predictable schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Format various elements of the journal articles as per the given style guidelines.
• Notify the author of any unclear style points or contradictory guidelines.
• Understand client and industry requirements and adapt working approach accordingly.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• A master's/Ph.D degree
• Familiarity with the AMA style guide (preferred)
• Proficiency in using MS Word, specifically, track changes and styling options
