Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Customer Understanding Manager to translate business/customer problems into data-centric questions, hypotheses, and findings.
- Identify relevant data from internal and external sources to align KPIs to operational, financial, and experience metrics.
- Join and transform data into analyzable data sets based on the analysis technique(s) used.
- Use statistical analysis and/or ML techniques to build models and perform key driver analysis, regression testing, cohort tracking, etc.
- Communicate to business stakeholders how and why the insights and/or models work.
- Deploy data-driven insights and/or models for IS marketing and BU’s stakeholders.
- Understand industry best practices for model operations (ModelOps, aka MLOps).
- Research and recommend additional data sources required to augment existing projects or pursue new opportunities.
- Lead and manage development of segment-level and BU’s scorecards and dashboards.
- Stay informed of evolving analytical methods, best practices, use cases, frameworks, and tools for data science.
- Become an expert at hypothesis generation, creating data-driven business questions and experimental design techniques.
- Evolve data analysis methods by leveraging ML techniques to uncover insights and build models.
- Keep up with the rapid innovation in AI & ML technologies, techniques, practices, and especially enterprise use cases.
- Data visualization and data storytelling using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Strategic understanding of business problems and specific use cases to be able to effectively translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
