Responsibilities include
- Driving measurement and reporting of key business metrics across marketing, growth and business finance teams
- Identify relevant success metrics for ongoing projects, propose and monitor business-level KPIs, and generate regular reports
- Assist business teams with the analysis of critical problem statements
- Monitor and own the business reporting process and ensure a high level of accuracy
- Driving automation and efficiencies in reporting
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst
- Ability to understand and identify key metrics across business, finance and marketing
- Strong sense of collaboration and ability to work with senior business stakeholders
- Strong data-oriented approach
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools quickly
- Proficiency in tech tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, Mixpanel, CleverTap, MS Excel, etc.
- A high sense of ownership and hunger to prove oneself
