How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 1+ years of basic knowledge of mobile devices (PDA, MDA, Apple/Android products)
• 1+ years of Tier 1 technical support or helpdesk experience
