- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Highly reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with team and customers
