About Our Client

Our client is seeking a remote **Senior Customer Service Technician** to join the team. In this role, you will utilize your interpersonal and technical skills to assist customers in achieving their energy-saving goals.


The job requires a motivated individual to work full-time remotely. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and service-oriented, capable of tracking tasks on multiple projects while delivering exceptional service to clients and customers. A strong technical background is preferred, as the candidate may need to provide virtual technical support to customers. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and adherence to established processes and procedures are essential. The candidate will prioritize delivering high-quality customer service solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction with the program.


Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain customer confidentiality at all times in accordance with established client policies and procedures.

- Provide customer service support to various clients across the United States, including answering a multi-line phone system, email, and chat inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Support customers in making informed decisions about their energy usage, including providing technical support for products sold.

- Act as a liaison between contractors and customers for the purpose of gathering data about the installation and suitability of energy-efficient products for the home.

- Provide high levels of follow-up, including after-installation calls to customers.

- Perform administrative support tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, reporting, and electronic record keeping.

- Produce and maintain documents for the warehouse and office using Excel and other applications.

- Assist with other duties as assigned.


Requirements

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, follow detailed step-by-step directions, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access); a computer skills test will be required as part of the interview process.

- Excellent customer service skills, including strong follow-up skills and professionalism.

- Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment.


Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

- Strong preference for a candidate with a technical background.

- Supervisory experience preferred.
