MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with assigned clients to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service the group provides.
- Collaboration with manufacturers / suppliers to add value, supported by informed opinions on the market and future developments and trends.
- Report on agreed operational metrics on a monthly/weekly basis to ensure delivery of required goals for each client.
- Ensure adherence to metrics and service levels and drive corrective action as required.
- Work with all functional areas to resolve any issues that may arise on behalf of clients
- Analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction, business direction to add value both internally and externally.
- Review and implement where feasible alternate solutions for current activities and be a catalyst for change to improve customer experience.
- Monitor Account profitability in line with annual targets.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships across all divisions and functions to ensure the successful end to end management of each client.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Key Account Management as part of a business role.
- Capability of building strong and collaborative internal and supplier relationships.
- High levels of resilience and tenacity.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
