- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues from start to finish
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues
- Operate telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer contacts, issues, resolutions, and actions taken
- Assist with reservations, upgrades, and adjustments as needed, while supporting hotel operations
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft products
- Ability to effectively learn and work with department operating systems, including Oracle products and NICE
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and demonstrate sound judgment in problem-solving
- Proven track record of leadership and professionalism in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Receptive to coaching and willing to make necessary changes based on feedback
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related fields
