JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator will participate in the completion, execution, and tracking of work order requests submitted from the field for all existing corporate brand shop locations, coordinate timely payment for vendor partners, manage the third-party database and warranties and collaborate with Driven employee partners.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice validation and processing.
- Maintain asset and warranty information.
- Maintain Maintenance mailbox including review and respond to maintenance related inquiries.
- Manage landlord maintenance issues.
- Handle all insurance damage claims.
- Maintain regional allocation per request
- Maintain documentation for vendor partners
- Developing professional expertise.
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
- Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Normally receives established instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
- Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
- Intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
- Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent will be considered. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, most importantly with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Acute attention to detail; strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, perform, and meet deadlines in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams to accomplish goals.
