Roles And Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Developing and posting job advertisements on various online platforms and social media.
• Screening and assessing resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conducting preliminary interviews to gauge candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinating technical assessments and further interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiating job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for various IT roles.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
