Responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with local communities, fishermen, and seaweed farmers
- Facilitate training & capacity building programs for local communities on sustainable seaweed farming
- Support the development and implementation of sustainable supply chain strategies
- Engage with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build partnerships
- Bachelor in agriculture, environmental science, business administration, or related field
- Min 5 years of experience in community development, sustainable agriculture, or related field
- Strong understanding of seaweed industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with rural communities
- Knowledge of sustainable development principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
