This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

How You Will Contribute

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Development and execution of strategy for International transportation through regional and Global Bids
• Requirements collection from BU
• Base spend data generation
• Onboard new suppliers – Vendor code creation, webform creation (if needed, not all market)
• Bid analytics
• Support / lead value addition projects generation projects
• Support operational disruptions when it gets escalated to Procurement team e) Handling claims and payment issues with suppliers, if escalated by BU
• Audit and compliance : Supporting audit for each BU from contract compliance, rate card compliance
• Spot rate requests : Supporting spot rate request (providing rate review and approval in spotlight)
• Contract management - update contract in share folder/CLM, prepare extension draft, and circulation for sign off to vendor
• Rate card & SAF management - Keeping the copy of final rate card & SAF in the share folder
  
  
  

What you bring on the table:

• Experience in Operations / Logistics / Procurement preferably in a FMCG organisation
• Advanced excel skills and capability to handle data analysis over excel
