Mitratech is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, a strong dedication to hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the billing processes. The analyst will work closely with the revenue team in the processing of invoices and with other departments to resolve any billings or renewal issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts
- Review customer contracts and orders for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our revenue recognition policies
- Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives
- Assist the management team with preparation of reports and analysis
- Field Customer inquiries relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations
- Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
- 2+ years of billing experience
- Salesforce billing experience preferred
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Microsoft Excel is required
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business related discipline preferred
