Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Data Analyst for a federal client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with data analysis, consulting or government contracting experience.
This is a full-time, remote position, working with clients based in the Washington, D.C. region.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain tools related to Organization Development that utilize behavioral science knowledge to increase organizational effectiveness and health.
- Utilize industrial-organizational psychology principles and research methods to engage in problem solving.
- Conducts qualitative data collection through structured interviews, focus groups and other methods.
- Develop a Qualitative Research Project Plan.
- Evaluate data from robust employee surveys.
- Provide data analytics services to support decision making.
- Collect and extract data from applications and databases.
- Manage and analyze data using statistical methods.
- Prepare data for reporting and sharing with partners.
- Develop integrated dashboards with key performance indicators.
- Maintain and improve data management activities across program.
- Define and apply the right business rules and data management principles for all applications or personalized communications.
- 7-10 years of experience, ideally working in a complex team-based environment in a consulting-type organization focused on enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience with industrial and/or organizational psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study. Advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proven experience developing data analysis strategies and leading analytics or business intelligence efforts.
- Experience using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Azure, DAX, and Visual Basic for Applications.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
