Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division/business unit/product group, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Each day, you will follow a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results. You will also showcase your expertise by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit. - Supports in developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit using data analytics performed.â
- Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze pricing data and forecast future trends.â
- Supports in developing pricing concepts to establish and manage international region and/or cross-divisional pricings, such as in-frame agreements and key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency.â
- Provides data to assist the Sales Management team to determine the local pricing strategy.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
