Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MIS (Management Information Systems) Expert to manage and maintain data-driven decision-making systems. In this role, you will handle the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases and reporting systems, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support key decision-making processes at Aspire For Her.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Management Reporting:

o Design and manage databases to store, organize, and retrieve project-related

data.

o Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs),

program outcomes, and impact metrics.

o Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all platforms.

Systems & Tools:

o Develop and implement dashboards, automated reporting systems, and data

visualizations for better decision-making.

o Maintain, update, and troubleshoot MIS software and tools.

Data Analysis:

o Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights for

program improvement.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data for strategy

development.


Data Compliance & Security:

o Ensure data privacy and security in line with organizational policies and legal

requirements.

o Develop and implement protocols for data backup, recovery, and protection.


Requirements:

 Proven experience as an MIS expert, data analyst, or in a similar role.

 Proficiency in database management, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,

Tableau), and Excel.

 Strong understanding of data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques.

 Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical teams.


Preferred:

 Experience in the non-profit or skilling/education sector.

 Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices.
