Are you ready to kick off your career in a place that’s all about growth, innovation, and fun? We’re scouting for an Landlord Support Intern with a spark, ready to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey, with the potential to extend to a year and evolve into a full-time role.

Tasks

How you make an impact:

• You are the first line of contact for our private suppliers guiding them onto our platform, answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
• You support Landlord Support Agents in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
• You help with the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
• You will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry
  
  
  

Requirements

What Makes You Our Next Star Player:

• You are business fluent in English and additionally either Spanish, German or French
• Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
• Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
