Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coach development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Remove impediments to team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog
- Track and report on sprint progress using tools like JIRA
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
