The Main Activities Are

• Responsible for accurately preparing monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and journals, including monitoring accounts for discrepancies.
• Prepare necessary journal entries.
• Interact via email and phone to review the financial statements with the client.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are completed and reconciled by the 1st and 2nd week of every month.
• Assist with the auditing process
• Assist in preparing the annual budget process for our HOAs.
• Support AP and AR.
• Schedule payments
• Record payroll transactions
  
  

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Standard time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time.

Daylight saving: 07:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements

• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
• Bachelor in Accounting
• Strong understanding of accrual basis
• Strong understanding of fund accounting. Experience working with it is a plus.
• Feel comfortable explaining financial information to investors, stakeholders, and owners.
• Prior experience in similar industries (hospitality, public organizations, associations, property management) is highly desirable.
• Customer service is a plus.
