Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing social media creative content that aligns with the Campaign’s goals, target audience, and industry trends to help achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the company
  • Creating creative, engaging, and informative content that resonates with the target audience (including but not limited to developing and executing social media post ideas, reviewing briefs and captions, and brainstorming on visuals such as images and videos to generate more app users and leads)
  • Managing social media accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, among others. This includes scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement and feedback
  • Working on social media reports and metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of social media performance
  • Working closely with internal or external stakeholders such as the marketing and communications team, program team, outreach team, and other Campaign team and third parties (Sponsor/Media Partners/Organizers) to align social media strategies and content planning for upcoming and ongoing campaigns/projects

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, social studies, or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media creative or marketing, content writing, digital marketing, or any related field, preferably in a B2B or digital agency environment
  • Strong passion and active in the social world with a track record in charity or volunteer work
  • Have a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Later.com, META Business Suite, Twitter and TikTok Analytics
  • Preferably have experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Later.com, META Business Suite, Twitter and TikTok Analytics
  • Having excellent communication skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills to create and execute social media contents and campaigns, craft engaging social media content, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
  • Having strong creative and visual eye for creating engaging social media content, such as graphics, videos, and other visuals, is often required
  • Having the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data is critical for assessing the effectiveness of social media performance from each platform
  • Working remotely full-time, with readiness to commute to Jabodetabek when required
