Tasks in the role
Our Lion team is developing Review Management in Semrush Local that lets you monitor your business reputation and take timely measures to maintain it. In this tab, you’ll see all available reviews of your listing in all directories, starting from the most recent.
We will try to create all the right conditions for you to work and rest comfortably
We’ve been developing our product for 15 years and have been awarded G2's Top 100 Software Products, Global and US Search Awards 2021, Great Place to Work Certification, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and many more. In March 2021 Semrush went public and started trading on the NYSE with the SEMR ticker.

Tasks in the role
- Participate in developing new features, starting from feature grooming up to release to production.
- Continuous monitoring of already released features and reacting to alerts.
- Participate in refactoring/improvements of legacy functionality.
- Participate in a code review session.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, and balance team workload.
- Manage and lead technologies.
- Set and communicate team priorities.
- Build stakeholder relationships.
- Strong expertise in Java.
- Experience with mentoring, performance evaluation, interviews, team management.
- Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of architectural design patterns and principles.
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Experience with queue brokers.
- Experience with cloud stack GCP/AWS.
- You have leadership and people management experience.
- You have experience with:
- GitLabCI.
- Experience with application monitoring.
- Docker/K8s.
- Develop and improve infrastructure through DevOps practice.
