What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain multiple technology platforms and assist with reporting for the IT team and other departments
• Analyze and resolve issues that arise within technology platforms
• Communicate with internal departments to initiate vendor needs
• Manage day-to-day task flow within the department
• Research and evaluate reporting while establishing accounts for new roles in the department
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Knowledge and expertise in dental organization processes and services, or the ability to rapidly learn
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on technical accuracy
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills to manage, coordinate, and track tasks effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a demanding environment with strict deadlines
• Proficiency in basic office applications, including MS Office and Google Sheets
