What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs, policies, and practices related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
• Handle 60-100 calls per day, ensuring accuracy and high levels of customer service
• Maintain department standard audit error rates and a not ready time of 25% or less
• Schedule appointments accurately for assigned queues
• Adhere to attendance policies and report to the Registration Manager for process accuracy
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively
• Strong attention to detail in registration processes
• Availability to attend in-person as needed based on scheduling requirements
