_x000D_What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery in collaboration with patients, referral sources, and sales teams
• Create and communicate all required documentation for new referrals
• Assist patients in securing upfront payments and identify financial assistance options when necessary
• Support activities to ensure clean claims management and follow up on missing paperwork
• Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
  
  

_x000D_What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple referrals and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
