About Our Client

A product team is being built to focus on creating the best industrial remote access product in the market, with an emphasis on crafting useful and delightful experiences. Team members will be generalists and the ideal candidate should be able to identify problems, develop solutions, and take ownership of projects. The company is currently seeking managers with several years of product management experience to join as Senior Product Managers and play a key role in developing innovative products and experiences.


Location

This is a fully remote opportunity (U.S. only), with the option to use an office in Brooklyn, New York City.


Salary

$124k-145k. The salary is determined by the candidate's location.


Qualifications

- 7+ years of product management experience.

- Proven track record of leading the development of high-quality products with significant technical components that drive company outcomes.

- Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative data for informed product decisions.

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.

- Collaboration with the design team to ensure the product meets the needs of target customers and crafting a cohesive user story that aligns functionality with the user experience.

- Creation of product specifications that balance long-term business goals with immediate customer needs, closely working with the engineering team to develop an exceptional product in line with this vision.

- Guidance of the marketing team through technical details to establish effective messaging that resonates across different platform audiences.

- Working with the sales team to define future markets and outline lucrative product trajectories.

- Assisting the customer support team with necessary documentation, managing issues and bugs, and prioritizing customer requests.

- The ability to present products to leadership and align feedback with the user community's needs.

- A strong desire to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core remote access products.

- Capability to guide prioritization efforts, making informed trade-offs in alignment with customer and organizational goals.

- Motivation to drive continuous enhancements and fixes to improve user interactions with remote access solutions.

- Engagement with the user community to incorporate feedback into future feature enhancements.


Extra Credit

- A background in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.

- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up product environment focused on high-impact, collaborative organizations.
