• Collaborate with eCampus staff to write and format content for various platforms
• Develop timelines to ensure timely publication of media and effective delivery to target audiences
• Oversee messaging and content on university platforms to promote online education
• Assist faculty with publication submissions and formatting according to journal standards
• Manage and enhance the eCampus Center website for compliance and user accessibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field
• Proficiency in HTML coding and web analytics
• Excellent grammar, composition, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• One year of full-time work experience in higher education
• Experience creating long-form content and managing website content using WordPress
