Summary Description

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Associate who is a team player, driven, highly analytical, and has a history of implementation success. Reporting to the VP of National Strategic Accounts, you will help create and drive strategic initiatives within Zing’s Growth organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from internal business units and external partners to power Zing’s membership growth.

Essential Functions

  • Obtain a deep understanding of Zing’s different distribution and marketing channels and help identify ways to drive high-quality membership growth
  • Become a trusted liaison between agency partners and Zing Health to promote a collaborative growth environment
  • Partner with the Growth Leadership team to develop and drive execution around key strategic initiatives
  • Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, and develop go-forward plans aimed at decreasing member acquisition cost, managing member churn, and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Partner with finance team members to design and value innovative financial structures that benefit Zing and its external distribution partners
  • Develop external partner-ready materials with minimal review from senior leaders
  • Display proficiency in summarizing multiple data sources into digestible insights for presentation to executive audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, or banking
  • A creative approach to problem-solving; finding ways to deliver short-term wins and insights while working towards broader goals
  • Comfort with ambiguity, significant autonomy, and a fast-paced environment; must be comfortable pivoting quickly with changing requirements and priorities
  • Expertise in project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects; strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across various teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • A passion for data – ability to manipulate data and use metrics to drive business results
