Position: Marketing Coordinator

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Pay Range: USD 900 - 1,500 per month

About The Role

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with clients to provide scripts, contact lists and other various items to execute on various marketing campaigns. This person would also need to handle some basic billing and payment posting. They'd need to help with recruiting efforts for call center staff and potentially take some calls if we need the help in the future.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up campaigns
• Work with client to get all requisite information that includes customer list, approvals of email content, scripts
• Assist in writing compelling emails
• Assist in in sending invoices
• Help with calls when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (open to interviewing various candidates with different years of experience)
• Adept with technology and trainable to new tools such as Google business for email, phone system, Hubspot, Google Docs, Sheets
• Ability to learn and operate within basic systems would be a requirement
• Excellent English communication skills is a must ( Proficiency in written English is prioritized)
