💼 About the position:
Join us as a Procurement and Logistics Analyst Jr to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for coordinating all material purchases and deliveries from suppliers, budgeting and forecasting payments related to the Supply chain, and finally managing all the expenses bonded to new installation, securing the best performance.

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate and place purchase orders directly to our suppliers with great communication and systematically using tools that can reduce employee effort.
- Stocks control:
- Manage and supervise all our warehouse inventories benign precise with the information that is given by the different stakeholders
- Service Level Compliance Management:
- Weekly evaluate the performance of our suppliers in a metric-driven way, so we can make decisions in the material distribution by volume.
At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies; For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) are:
- OKR1: Achieve 100% of the material is completely delivered at the installation site in a timely manner.
- OKR2: Improve the level of service response of our suppliers from 15 days to 10 days.
- OKR3: Solve promptly 100% of cases of new material needed for installations ongoing.

- More than 2 years experience in logistics and supply chain department.
- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.

- Salary range: $20, 000MXN - $22,500MXN monthly gross.
