Within the Connected Research and Build the Future platform, scope service delivery services and value creation, the Laboratory Equipments Support team deliver support services and solutions for Research Innovation centers and laboratories.

We are looking for:
  • A Manager for our Laboratory Equipment Support Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our laboratory equipment. The successful candidate will lead a team dedicated to providing technical support, maintenance, and calibration services for our research and innovation laboratories over the world. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to support quality.


We count on you for:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • lead, motivate, and manage the Laboratory Equipment Support Team.
    • ensure the team is skilled, efficient, and effective in supporting the R&I laboratories.
    • promote company culture and values into the team.
  • Laboratory IT services Maintenance and Support: oversee the operations, deployments, and support of laboratory computers to ensure optimal performance and minimal incidents.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance: ensure all activities comply with relevant cybersecurity rules, compliance regulations as per company policies.
  • Budget Management: ensure a good follow-up of maintenance costs and procurement processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory equipment support. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in laboratory equipment maintenance and support.
  • Stakeholder Collaborations: work closely with R&I teams to understand their concerns and priorities. Ensure high levels of satisfaction among other IT stakeholders.


You will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with an experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment, including maintenance and support procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to creatively solve complex problems.
  • Commitment to user satisfaction and continuous improvement of IT services.
  • Ability to motivate people and lead in a remote context.
  • Self-motivated, with positive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity.
