You are passionate about brainstorming solutions that are versatile, delightful, unifying, intuitive, and resilient. You have a deep curiosity for understanding how customers engage with products, and insatiable drive to continuously grow and improve!

Collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Introduction: Oversee the introduction of new products to the market, ensuring that they meet the strategic goals and expectations of the company and customers.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product management lifecycle (PMLC), ensuring that products are developed, launched, and maintained effectively throughout their lifecycle.
  • Product Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Utilize competitive intelligence to keep the product competitive in the market. This includes analyzing competitors' products and strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • User Research: Lead user research initiatives to gather insights directly from end-users, ensuring that product decisions are customer-focused and data-driven.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Experience with Agile methodology. Willingness and ability to adapt to changes based on sprint work performance and feedback.
  • Strong understanding of product management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development processes.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, functional specification development, and user research.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on moderately complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence others, collaboratively.

Bonus Point:

  • Previous experience with UI/UX design work.
  • Although we recruit from many locations in the U.S., our preference of location in the U.S. is North Carolina and states surrounding North Carolina for easy access.
