- Strong hands-on experience in development, customization, providing application administration and support of MetaStorm BPM, SoftDocs, and/or Onbase
- Lead and participate in application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, updates, end-user training, and system-wide integrations.
- Will serve as the primary technical resource and will lead and coordinate IT and Business resources for platform administration, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities. S
- Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing methods, procedures, policies require change, or where new ones need to be developed.
- Familiarity with source control and source control practices (Git, Subversion, etc.).
- Analyze requirements, workflows, procedures, and automation improvements to existing and new application/systems to ensure high availability, proper function, and overall 24x7 application performance.
- Advanced understanding and participation in all facets of the software development life cycle, including business process modeling.
- Ability to quickly digest information, understand the business objective, and prepare/takes actions.
- Experience with .NET technologies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and SDLC & SCM practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; ability to work flexible hours and be on-call.
