About The Role

Our client is seeking qualified individuals for a Project Manager position. This role encompasses several key areas critical to success within an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry. The Project Manager will assist the Director of Project Management to ensure projects are brought to completion on time, within budget, and within the defined scope, all while exercising excellent communication practices.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for transitioning new clients to the organization’s services and enhancing processes for existing clients. The Project Manager will ensure that billing, cash flow, and other impacted areas remain consistent and will continuously seek ways to encourage customers to adopt best practices. This position is highly visible (both internally and externally) and requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct each project effectively.

Requirements

- Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or the healthcare field

- Proven project management experience

- Comfortable speaking in front of small groups

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong time management abilities with the capability to multi-task and prioritize

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
