What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues
• Perform data entry, clerical functions, and invoice validation with attention to detail
• Utilize nSAP, vSAP, and PeopleSoft systems to manage and process invoices
• Provide real-time assistance to client employees through live chat and respond to vendor emails
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all invoices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP systems (nSAP and/or vSAP) and PeopleSoft
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing excellent service
• Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word
