Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Analytics Lead.

In this role, you will take control of our ecosystems marketing analytics and growth levers, owning the full end to end marketing data collection and analytics suite. You will be the expert the marketing team turns to and embed yourself in the day to day marketing operations..

Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with the marketing teams to boost performance through data-driven insights
  • Work with the wider team to identify growth opportunities and act on them quickly
  • Use techniques such as driver trees, causal lens and econometrics to assist in business decision making and positively impact revenue
  • Own data from a marketing perspective, working with the Growth and Analytics leaders to define the future roadmap
  • Own the insights roadmap and work with stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and accessible
  • Teach. True data-driven marketing is a constantly evolving concept and teaching marketeers how to read data and use models is key
  • Build and maintain driver trees, automate marketing testing and reporting using causal lenses
  • Build and maintain models and utilize modern econometric methods to gain understanding

Qualifications

  • Operational knowledge of core marketing platforms
  • Understand how to leverage marketing drivers for commercial growth
  • Visual data effectively and create succinct analysis (predominantly through Looker and Tableau)
  • Familiar with building and deploying marketing marts, creating and managing taxonomies and ETL’ing data from platforms
  • SQL and python or R
  • BigQuery/GCP exposure
  • Web Analytics knowledge (preferably GA and Snowplow)
  • Python/R

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of econometrics and experience with open source packages such as STAN/Robyn/Rapid/Meridian
