- Resolve insurance and patient issues, maintaining detailed chronological notes
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume call center
- Customer-focused personality with a strong desire to help others
- Professional demeanor and courteous phone etiquette
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in empathetic customer service roles
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industries
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
