What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and case management
• Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to various employee inquiries through phone, chat, and HR cases
• Manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity goals
• Resolve inquiries holistically by referring to documentation and escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to improve policies and resolve cross-functional issues
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment
• Must have call center experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment
