- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
- Maintain performance goals and metrics
- Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Previous experience in a medical or call center environment
- Familiarity with healthcare billing processes
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving in customer service scenarios
- Experience with data entry and managing patient information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
