About The Role

The team is looking for a Head of Product Marketing. This newly established position is vital for shaping market presence and driving growth strategy. It presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned product marketing leader who can effectively connect market demands with product offerings. The role includes leading efforts to refine brand positioning, enhance market influence, and ensure initiatives resonate with target audiences while aligning with broader business objectives.


What You’ll Do

- Prioritize and manage workflow between Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

- Provide market insights to inform product decisions and review market materials.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders on marketing campaign development, including lead and demand generation initiatives.

- Contribute to brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.

- Develop case studies and use case scenarios in collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts.

- Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and creation of sales materials.


What You’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.

- 1+ years of management experience.

- Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market needs assessments.

- Experience in the healthcare/healthtech industry, with at least 3 years of experience.

- Sales enablement experience preferred but not required.

- Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.


Compensation

$152K – $210K • Offers Equity


For sales roles, starting salaries represent On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission), with short-term incentives governed by sales commission plans. Non-sales roles may also qualify for additional compensation. Eligibility for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to specific program rules, with awards depending on individual and organizational performance.
