Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager (PMM) focused on Business-to-Consumer (B2C) user acquisition and retention. This role is pivotal in driving growth and engagement for Anaconda’s products. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data science, acquisition marketing, product positioning, product roadmap strategy, and customer insights.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and define target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across our products for individual and small team / Small and Medium Business (SMB) users.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and user journeys.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Draft content in the form of emails, blog posts, video scripts, etc. that will effectively engage our target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touch-points in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams to drive alignment and successful execution of product marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.


What You Need:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, focusing on B2C user acquisition and retention.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, and user segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Technical understanding of data science and familiarity with tools used by data scientists and developers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience marketing emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning)
