About The Role

An innovative VC-funded provider of real-time integration solutions between SAP ERP and front-end systems of engagement (such as Salesforce and ServiceNow) is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Partner Account Manager to join the growing team.


Responsibilities

- Execute on a business strategy prioritizing revenue growth and positive customer ratings. This includes messaging and content for client meetings and delivering the company's messaging.

- As a Partner Account Manager, identify and manage key relationships with partner Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and technical teams.

- As a business development executive, carry a quota for Leads and Opportunities by working closely with the partners and alliance channel.

- Maintain positive professional relationships with Salesforce and ServiceNow, as well as systems integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, mid-tier SIs, and other key partners.

- Monitor and communicate business development (Leads and Opportunities) to ensure that corporate goals are being met.

- Collaborate with and develop the sales team to close new business through partnerships and alliances.

- Partner with the marketing team to drive brand recognition through targeted marketing into alliance channels.

- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.

- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.

- Attend key summits, trade shows, and business development events.

- Keep counterparts at ServiceNow up to date regarding everything the company is doing to drive incremental sales and enhance the relationship.

- Manage channel communications, including customer ‘win’ stories, webinars, ServiceNow Store listings, and other content.

- Identify new leads and opportunities for the sales teams from ServiceNow Implementation Partners.


Requirements

- **Experience**: 5-7 years in business development, account executive, and/or partner management roles.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or data integration platforms like Informatica, SnapLogic, and Webmethods; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- **Relationships & Channel Growth**: Existing relationships with Salesforce teams and/or experience with Manufacturing, HAM/SAM/OT/SOM teams at ServiceNow. The company is a ServiceNow Build Partner, which requires persistence when working with larger organizations.

- **Communication**: Ability to present and explain solutions and capabilities to resonate with different audiences (Salesforce/ServiceNow Account Executives, Sales Engineers, prospects, etc.).

- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.

- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

- **Collaboration**: Work well with cross-functional teams, especially Business Development Representatives, marketing, and sales. Experience in managing sales or marketing teams, with sharp negotiation and networking skills.
