About Our Client

As a rapidly growing organization continues to expand, an energetic and hyper-organized Office Manager is needed to join the team and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture. The Office Manager will work closely with the executive leadership to manage financial, operational, and human resources processes and tasks. This is a unique opportunity for a hard-working, well-organized, and detail-oriented individual to accelerate their professional development and take on a broad leadership role at a dynamic private equity-backed software company.


What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement operational processes and company policies as the organization scales.

- Oversee and support regular financial activities using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, collections, payments, expense management, and reimbursements.

- Plan company offsites and develop strategies to optimize employee satisfaction.

- Organize team socials and lunch & learns.

- Proactively share insights and ideas with the executive team in the spirit of continuous improvement and growth.

- Process payroll bi-monthly using Paychex.


Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or operations roles.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills – able to build rapport with internal and external partners.

- Experience in setting, measuring, and enforcing financial and operational standards.

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills – able to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.

- Resourceful and proactive, with a bias for action.

- “Roll up your sleeves” attitude, willing to contribute wherever needed.

- Passionate about healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem.
