We are seeking Growth Marketing Managers to apply for a role with our employer partner located in Germany.

The Role:

• The ideal candidate for this role is dynamic, data-driven, and capable of driving impactful growth strategies. Candidates in this role will be responsible for search engine marketing (SEA) and search engine optimisation (SEO). Candidates will also carry out keyword analyses and apply targeting strategies. You will be responsible for budget planning for channel and tool distribution according to the set targets.
• Joint development of cross-media marketing strategies and online marketing campaigns in the marketing team as well as operational implementation, target group definition and creation of targeting concepts.
• You plan, implement, monitor and optimise our SEA campaigns on Google and other search engines.
• Your role will involve analysing campaign performance, including a detailed review of tracking functions. You will also use these findings to create key KPIs with the help of meaningful reports.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Experience in (performance) marketing management in a tech startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in planning and implementing SEO / SEA campaigns on various platforms as well as with newsletter marketing tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong drive to drive commercial growth with innovative B2B marketing in an early-stage startup environment.
• You bring a mix of robust analytical skills and creativity, like to roll up your sleeves and try things out.
• Experience in SEO and SEA marketing with software products in the clean-tech sector is an advantage, but not essential.
