Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our client’s Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to their company’s success. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships with property owners (landlords) and bringing in new business by finding suitable tenants for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Use our extensive database to identify potential landlords. Engage with them through calls and emails to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new opportunities to connect landlords with tenants, effectively bringing in new business.
  • Data Management: Assist in cleaning up and organizing large spreadsheets of potential leads. This may involve data scraping and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and helping them find suitable tenants.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to refine your approach, aligning with our company’s methods and goals.
