💻 The Role

We seek a talented and experienced SEO Outreach specialist to join our team, focusing on outreach campaigns (link-building).


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and proven success in executing outreach efforts to build high-quality backlinks and enhance a website's online presence.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Outreach Campaigns: Implement effective outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative websites based on provided quality metrics.
  • Outreach Websites Based on Authority Metrics: Identify and target websites for outreach based on specific authority metrics and relevance to our niche.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters to secure link placements and collaborative opportunities.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create compelling pitches and content on different publishers' websites. Use the provided anchor text and url strategically added to the article agreed for publishing.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to identify and capitalize on new link-building opportunities.
  • Measuring Website Authority Metrics: Continuously measure and monitor website authority metrics to guide outreach efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Price Negotiation and Budget Management: Negotiate link placement prices and manage the outreach campaign budget to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Perform due diligence to negotiate the best possible prices.
  • Specialist in Using Ahrefs SEO Tool or Majestic: Utilize Ahrefs or Majestic to create competitors' backlink profiles and extract and contact the best potential link partners.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and outreach trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaign success.

About You:


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on link-building and outreach.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO principles and Google ranking factors.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
  • Open mindset and flexibility towards change, unforeseen circumstances and engagement for continuous improvement
  • Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
