You’ll be applying behavioural science techniques and working with a wide and talented Marketing department, creating new ways to generate interest in Quilter. Target audiences include people who want to begin a career as an adviser, existing advisers and advice business owners and, customers. If you’re not already a behavioural science expert, training and support will be available to you.

You’ll be using your skills help demonstrate how the Quilter adds value at every stage of the journey an adviser or customer is on and why they should choose Quilter.

Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager

As the Marketing Acquisition Manager at Quilter, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating customer and adviser leads. Your responsibilities will span marketing planning, campaign execution, marketing estate management and stakeholder collaboration.

This includes areas such as:

Marketing planning and proposition ownership

You will take ownership of lead generation. You will develop a deep understanding of your target markets and position Quilter effectively to resonate with advisers and customers.

Create and deploy marketing campaigns and collateral

You will create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of Quilter to advisers and customers. To build campaigns, you will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure you have all the information required to create high-quality marketing collateral and promotional activity. You will then work with colleagues to monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Integration with overall marketing plan

Your individual marketing plan should seamlessly integrate with the overall marketing plan led by the head of marketing. You will also ensure there is alignment with the broader brand messaging and corporate goals.

Digital presence and social media

You’ll be responsible for bringing the Quilter proposition to life through engaging website and social media content. Working with the website and social media manager, you’ll ensure digital marketing is able to positively influence adviser and customer behaviour.

Marketing estate management

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of lead generation marketing materials, from sign-off to annual reviews. This will involve using Quilter’s marketing Workflow System MPAH.

Stakeholder engagement

You will need to interact confidently with senior leaders and work closely with wider teams such as Sales, Operations and Compliance. You will need to clearly articulate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.

Commercial mindset and work prioritisation

Marketing must align with our business plan, and you will work closely with the head of marketing to prioritise marketing activities. You will need to evaluate marketing initiatives based on their commercial impact and then make informed decisions within allocated budgets. You will help to ensure that delivery deadlines are achievable and met.
