Function: Star Pubs

Location: Field Based (UK-wide travel for meetings)

Salary: Circa £33,000 base depending on experience plus full list of benefits below.

Contract: Permanent

The Role

A key focus for the Licensee Attraction Team is to attract, proactively recruit, and appoint the best licensees and pub operators. We need to stand out. We need to reach a broader demographic with our communications in a very competitive marketplace. As one of our Marketing and Campaigns Managers, youll work with the Star Pubs Attraction Marketing Manager to be the lead technical expert on all things digital, social and content regarding pub operator attraction.

Youll deliver the regional marketing strategy to attract licensees to our vacant pubs. Youll be the first point of contact for the team of Licensee Attraction Managers to build and execute a recruitment plan for their regions. Youll also be a product owner of the email marketing system and take the lead on collating and analysing our customer experience measurement and insights.

The Candidate

Were looking for someone who has experience with creating compelling creative assets using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, or briefing our creative agencies and bringing to life on our external channels (to let boards and banners, POS flyers for pub vacancies and open day advertising material, social and digital ads and marketing e-shots) why pub operators should take a pub agreement with Star Pubs.

Experience in managing email marketing systems, digital platforms and social media channels will be preferred as youll be responsible for ensuring a consistent look, feel and tone of voice across our external communication platforms. Youll also work closely with the rest of the Licensee Attraction Team to develop stand-out adverts for vacancies and events as well as create digital content to support campaigns.

Itd be a real asset if you have a strong appreciation (or love) for data, knowing that the success of what you do needs to be measured and youll be able to pull on experience of utilising data analytic tools to assess the performance of campaigns and engagement. Youll have money to spend on campaigns and youll need to utilise your analytical skills to demonstrate the ROI.
