We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and enhance customer success through our Preflight partnerships. In this role, you will oversee mid-sized to large accounts, collaborate with senior sales leaders, and significantly contribute to the success of our partnership initiatives. Your ability to drive growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences will be essential to thriving in this position.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and enhance customer success through our Preflight partnerships. In this role, you will oversee mid-sized to large accounts, collaborate with senior sales leaders, and significantly contribute to the success of our partnership initiatives. Your ability to drive growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences will be essential to thriving in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage feature launches, drive account growth, generate reports, and conduct regular client calls.
- Co-own key accounts, develop growth strategies, gather client feedback, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to ensure account expansion.
- Lead the team in executing existing and new projects, product updates, and partnership launches.
- Work closely with business development, marketing, technology, and client services to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Present the Preflight solution at conferences and webinars, showcasing our value proposition.
- Provide technical support, act as the Point of Contact (POC), and address client inquiries and concerns to ensure successful integration of Paperpal Preflight.
- Serve as the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or project/product management, with team mentoring or management experience.
- Excellent English language proficiency with the ability to influence and build rapport both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
- Passion for driving growth while ensuring a top-notch client experience.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and represent the organization in meetings and forums.
- Understanding of international work culture with the capability to collaborate with diverse teams.
