TribesforGOOD Fellowship 2024 (Cohort -2)


The opportunity will help you build your facilitation skills, content creation skills and curriculum design. TFG Cohort -1 fellows have taken full time role as educators and some are pursing their Masters.



Embark on a three-month commitment with the TribesforGOOD Fellowship for an immersive experience at the crossroads of social impact and education. Our mission is to activate social consciousness amongst Gen Z. Collaborate with students in acquiring a sense of agency over pressing societal issues enabling ‘Tribes’ of young individuals across the country who are passionate towards change. Whether you're a seasoned professional on a sabbatical, a parent seeking a fresh start, a recent graduate navigating career paths, or a relentless learner hungry for growth, this fellowship offers a transformative journey tailored to your aspirations.

As a fellow, you'll dive into the heart of education and social change, driven by a belief in the transformative power of alternative learning. With a voracious appetite for knowledge and a passion for making a difference, you'll find your place in a hybrid organization.


At TribesforGOOD, you'll be immersed in key roles aimed at shaping the future of education.

  • From counseling students to mentoring and training grades 7-12, you'll play an integral part in empowering the next generation of changemakersManaging online classrooms for TFG's non profit students
  • Activating student changemakers across socio economic strata (from affluent to base of the pyramid).
  • Contributing to curriculum development, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic virtual environment.


Timeline: 1st September - 30th November, 2024


Applicants need to meet the following criteria:


Educational criteria:

-Have finished their Bachelor’s degree

-Applicants need to be 24 years old


Work Experience

-Applicants need to have a minimum work experience of 2 years which can include internships, teaching assistant roles and part time roles.

What does the Fellowship entail?


  • Duration: 3 months
  • Commitment: Full-time
  • Opportunity: Paid (Stipend of 17,500 per month)
  • Placement: Fellows will be placed in TFG online classrooms to manage a group of 20 students.
