A core part of building that experience is our frontline sales teams who support our rental business partners through the process and ensure we have a comprehensive inventory of rentals listings for home seekers. Empowering these frontline teams to be their best will be a major focus as we scale.

You will be joining a forward-thinking group of Marketers on our Frontline Marketing team who are dedicated to crafting the next wave of innovation through our people, partners and experiences. As a contributor to the Frontline group, you will join a cross-functional team of players across Marketing, Sales, Training, Product, and Sales Operations to drive this enablement work by delivering dynamic content, integrated communications, training material and impactful sales aids, to our frontline teams to ensure their success.

About The Role

The Frontline Marketing Senior Specialist will be at the forefront of developing the best content, communications, sales-ready tools and resources for our frontline team of Sales Executives, Strategic Account Executives, Business Advisors and Business Development reps to ensure the best outcomes. This role will have a unique opportunity to impact and influence how our frontline sales teams show up and deliver a better experience for our business partners through effective content and communications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create: Responsible for the end-to-end creation of our best-in-class enablement content and collateral. Will craft value messaging based on data and insights and incorporate into consumable assets for Sales.
  • Maintain: Maintain our enablement repository of resources, content and collateral to allow easy access to material for sales to successfully use throughout the sales cycle. Ensure the repository is up to date with latest Marketing messaging frameworks, claims and data.
  • Communicate: Develop new ways to activate and train the frontline teams as part of integrated marketing initiatives. Build sales Go-To-Market plans in alignment with 'right message, right time' strategy for our frontline teams. Will liaison between the frontline and other marketing teams including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social and more.
  • Engage: Invest in frontline research to collect critical feedback and keep a pulse on needs. Create and improve our process for how we aggregate and synthesize all frontline team feedback to allow for deeper analysis and insights generation.
  • Analyze: Drive the analysis of usage and adoption of the tools, process, and assets we create for our frontline teams. Understand misses, wins, gaps, and provide actionable solutions to ultimately drive better business outcomes. Responsible for assembling frontline insights and key metrics for core deliverables including monthly business reviews and executive updates.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 - $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • 2+ Sales Enablement experience or highly related revenue-driving experience
  • A master communicator, adept at building relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Proficient in creating content from scratch, analyzing performance, and taking proactive steps for improvement
  • Skilled at storytelling, writing compelling copy and integrating it into final deliverables, including visually appealing pitch decks and other collateral
  • An organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at thinking out-of-the-box, and navigating through ambiguity to drive success

Nice to have:

  • (plus) A track record of success partnering with Sales (rentals industry experience is ++)
  • (plus) Hands-on knowledge in Sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Salesloft, or other related key enablement tools.
